Catherineau, is traditional cabinet making skills adapting itself
to today's most sophisticated technologies.
Specialising in furniture and fittings made of composite materials, equipping
more than 400 executive and passenger aircraft as well as helicopters (Airbus,
Falcon, Superpuma, Dauphin...), decorated at the BORDEAUX workshop: covered
area of 2000 m2, a high performance production tool used by 50 Master Craftsmen
and national prize-winning craftsmen, helped by a team of engineers, design
and production management centres.
Catherineau, is a passion for veneer work using species of wood
most sought after, associating the nobleness of these materials with honeycomb
composites - glass - carbon - adapting it to stringent international standards
for decorating aircraft.
Catherineau, is a constant search for lighter materials, the association
of CATIA "solid" design software with CNC techniques for producing
very light fittings.
We produce fittings for sailboats and yachts, offshore craft, prototypes,
one-off items or small series of furniture, decorative items... using composite
materials or traditional cabinetmaking techniques, for designers, architects
and artists. We also carry out marquetry work, finishing and varnishing.
